How Do You Ship Your Comics?
I'm sure like us many of you have had comics arrive in all sorts of packaging and conditions. We ship all of our comics bagged and boarded. They are then taped between a piece of corrugated cardboard and chipboard then placed inside of a multi-fold mailer with Do Not Bend stickers on both sides of the outer packaging.
This method has served us well with very few problems. Unfortunately accidents do happen with postal service and we will work with you to make sure your problem is corrected to the best of our ability. Please note that we are typically unable to replace damaged items due to unavailability.
Orders with multiple comics will ship either in this packaging or in a larger box depending on the amount ordered. We may ship large orders with signature confirmation to help ensure safe arrival. However we ship our goal is to always package your items securely.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
For United States orders we offer free shipping when you spend $100 or more. We may ship large orders with signature confirmation to help ensure safe arrival.
How Often Do You Ship?
We typically ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as well as some Saturdays. We are a small operation so some shipping delays may occur but we ship most items within 48 hours.
Where Do You Ship?
Currently we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada but we hope to expand this in the near future.
Why Don't You Grade Your Comics?
We do hope to offer this eventually but as of right now we don't feel like we have enough experience grading books to offer this service. We don't want to misjudge a book and have a disappointed customer because it is slightly off. There are many sellers online that will give misleading grades and we don't want to be that company.
Instead we provide high quality scans of each comic (front and back) so that you can see any flaws in them. We will also put condition notes on some comics to try and point out flaws. Every comic that you see on our site is the comic you will receive. You will never see a stock photo of a pristine comic only to receive a beat up copy that is not even close to near mint.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Once returned items are received, we will refund you based on your original payment method.
We will allow returns for 14 days from date of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping. Item must be in its original condition to be returned. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Once returns are received a refund will be issued based on your original payment method. Please contact us if the item was damaged in transit with pictures of the damage.
Since each of our items is unique (though we will sometimes have other stock of the same comic) we will not be able to replace items damaged in transit but if you contact us about postal damage we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy.
We do our best to note any problems or quality issues with the comics we list, however the customer is responsible for viewing the item for defects before purchase as it is possible for us to miss listing some. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about a comic or want us to check the item for something specific before purchasing.
